You sell what you show!

Studies show that you typically sell one size smaller than the largest print you display on your walls. If you want to sell 30x40's, you need a 40x60 or even larger on display.

ENHANCED ONLINE ORDER STATUS REPORT

We have recently revised and enhanced our online order status report to make it more secure and user friendly. We have added the ability to sort and view columns as you see fit.

The first time you use the system, you will be asked to create an account and choose your own password. You will immediately receive an email containing a link to click to complete the registration process. After registering, you are ready to access the report.

The report is updated at the top of every hour thoughout the day. To access the order status from the home page on our website, click Online Services and then Order Status. You can also track shipments directly from the report.

ANNOUNCING: LARSON JUHL FRAMES

Due to many customer requests, we are in the process of adding Larson Juhl frames to our product offering. Many of you have told us how much simpler and more streamlined your workflow would be if you could order frames at the same time you place your order for prints and then have your prints delivered framed and ready to hang.

Rather than offering frames from a variety of moulding manufacturers, we have chosen to go with frame collections from perhaps the best known name in the framing business, Larson Juhl. Our initial catalog contains some 53 mouldings, but all Larson Juhl frames are available. The complete line can be viewed on their website.

We are in the process of adding frames to ROES and to our website. In addition, we expect to provide the option to add Larson Juhl frames to ProSelect software so that you can project your image into the frame. We plan to have everything ready to go by April 1, 2019. In the meantime, you can download our frame offering and prices here. When you order, just note the frame number in the Special Instructions of ROES or WorkStream.

NEW CANVAS TEXTURED PAPER

As an alternative to adding a surface texture to your prints, you can choose canvas textured paper. This paper, manufactured by Fuji, has texture applied during the manufacturing and coating process. The paper has a very realistic canvas look. In fact, we think it looks better than luster paper that has been run through a texture machine. The slight extra cost of the paper is offset by the charge for machine texture.
