CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

It is not too early to begin making plans for the holiday rush. Things do get a bit hectic at the lab during this season, so we are publishing our schedule showing the dates that we will need your orders to make sure they are delivered to you in plenty of time. As always, we'll do our best to accomodate any special needs that may arise. The schedule is in pdf format so that you can print a copy for yourself.

RETOUCHING AND DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS

With many years experience, you can trust our artists to make your images look their very best. Combined, our artists have over 50 years of retouching experience, beginning with negatives. Our artists don't just use the digital tools in software because they can. They begin with a vision of what the final print should look like. Like a true artist would.

We offer several levels of artwork ranging from Basic to Enhanced and even beyond. Basic includes blemish removal, slight wrinkle softening, teeth whitening, toning down facial shine, removal of a few stray hairs and minor glasses glare. 5 REASONS TO MAKE MID-SOUTH "YOUR LAB"

For many of our clients, Mid-South is "their lab". Some of our clients, however, use more than one lab. They may send their higher-end and large print work to us and smaller prints to another lab that may be slightly lower price or provide free shipping. That is understandable if it works for them and they get the level of quality they need. Please know that we appreciate every order we receive. However, we see many advantages to sending us all of your work. Here is the first of 5 reasons.

Color consistency. The more work we do for you, the quicker we understand your preferences and get color and density just the way you like it. Orders sent to more than one lab are not likely to match due to different printer profiles and level of automation. Every print we produce goes through color management and a final quality process, where we make sure your images look their best.

IMAGING USA 2019 JANUARY 20-22, ATLANTA

One of the most exciting and valuable events for professional photographers is coming up soon--Imaging USA. It will be held in Atlanta, GA this time and the speaker schedule looks great. It is certain to get the creative juices flowing and provide a ton of business-building ideas. We will be displaying in the trade show and will have samples of our products and finishes. Maybe even a surprise or two. It is also a great time to renew friendships and we hope to see you there.
