EARNING THE MONEY YOU DESERVE!
Our great client, William Branson, III recently created the striking image that you see above. We are proud to have produced the Giclée print with Enhanced Contour Brush Strokes for him. William has been and continues to be very successful with this style of portraiture and is setting himself apart from the crowd. We asked William to share his thoughts on what it takes to be successful today. Here is what he said:
"Imagine this..Two photographers from the same town. Each has a dream of owning a thriving photography business. Both are equally talented, with many beautiful portraits to their names. And both charge similar prices. But despite these similarities, their lives are very different . . . one of them is very successful. She has clients beating her door down for an appointment. Her portraits hang in homes throughout the area. Demand for her photography grows every week.

SETTING UP YOUR COMPUTER FOR COLOR SUCCESS
Using a MacBeth Color card can make understanding color very easy once you understand how Photoshop reacts. In this video, we break through the barriers of point-click color calibration by changing a few output items in Curves. It’s the first of three videos using Photoshop to create great color.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Things do get a bit hectic at the lab during this season, so we are publishing our schedule showing the dates that we will need your orders to make sure they are delivered to you in plenty of time. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT: STRIPPED CANVAS PRINTS
One of the products for which we are known is stripped canvas prints. Our process strips the backing off the Kodak paper before we bond to canvas, resulting in a beautiful, even canvas texture. Our client Ryan Nolan recently shared this interesting story with us:
"Mid-South Color is the most customer-centric lab I have ever used. Their service and product are second to none in the industry. As part of my Signature Series Senior Package I offer a 24x36 Stripped Canvas Print on a stretcher frame.
